Star Beam Self-Esteem Series

A series of self-esteem building workshops for all ages.
Event Preparation
Preparation:
Wear comfortable clothing as we will be laying on the floor for part of the time.
The studio will provide yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows for your comfort.
If you need something special for your physical ease, please feel free to bring.
Bring an open heart and mind and be ready to relax & enjoy yourself.
